TownePlace Suites by Marriott Houston Baytown

Clean rooms, courteous friendly staff, good bedding with more than just a thin cover. Very nice little mini kitchen and with good supply of utensils Cutlery and pots and pans. Overall better then other TownePlace Suites I have stayed at.

Great clean spacious rooms, indoor pool was nice and clean. Breakfast wasn't fantastic but we made due.

We travel a lot so believe me when I say this hotel is a great choice! We had a long stay here at it was good. We have stayed at a few hotels with full kitchens and this one was the best. The room was clean and spacious and stocked. Hotel was clean and even with all the rooms having kitchens the hallways smelled fresh and clean. Maid service was great. Very kind and attentive. Front desk has the best staff I have come across. Stephanie the GM really takes pride in making the hotel a great place to stay. I noticed her effort in engaging with the guest was top of the line. Even when we had an issue at the pool with an allergic reaction with our son she jumped to help. Making sure we had what we needed to get him quickly back to health. She is kind to everyone including children and dogs. You don’t find this top of the line level of interaction at most hotels. Holly at the front desk went out of her way to even help with our holiday fun and assisted us with an Elf project! I can’t even explain how great the staff is here. The in room kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs. There there are pans and utensils to cook with. Stephanie has many items you can barrow and use to cook or even games to play. The list of these things is long. The pool is indoor and warm. The exercise area is clean and fully stocked. Laundry area has nice size washer and dryers. $2 to wash and $1.50 to dry. Coffee downstairs was full at all times which made me happy. Breakfast was good. Don’t wait till a half hour before it closes for hot meals, it will be slim pickings or gone. That’s how tasty it is. They have cereal, muffins, oatmeal, make your own waffles, bagels, toast and English muffins. They also have snack, drinks and common need options you can buy. All in all I would recommend!

We loved this hotel. Staff were very nice and very helpful. Everything that you need is within walking distance and very close to the freeway. The rooms were pristine and the beds were very comfortable. Good insulation between rooms and floors above so we barely heard anyone. Breakfast was good too. Washers and dryers were a bit pricey compared to other Townplaces, but they all worked. We’ll definitely stay again!

Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Kitchenette for longer stays. Family friendly. Good breakfast. Would stay here again.

It was my first stay at a Marriott hotel ever. It was an eventful night. I was surprised at Marriott's standards and was very impressed, so this is the night that led to me staying with Marriott over and over.
